Hands-off eBay automation and real profit numbers — shipped and live now.
These five features are live for connected eBay sellers and, where a plan tag matters, it's noted on each card. Every automation is opt-in and runs server-side on a schedule — no PC on, no polling scripts to babysit.
Fixed-price eBay listings near auto-renew get ended and relisted automatically, just before eBay would renew them. Relisting (rather than renewing) resets the listing so older, stale inventory stays visible instead of sinking. A listing-age fallback catches anything that lacks an end time. Runs hourly, opt-in per account.
NewAging fixed-price listings get a guided, capped price reduction on a schedule. Reductions are tiered by how long an item has been listed (e.g. -10% at 60 days, -20% at 90, -30% at 180) and are hard-capped so you never bleed value past a safe floor. Every change is recorded against the item's pricing history. Runs hourly, opt-in per account.
NewStop paying for ad / promotion on listings that no longer need the boost. Fresh or recently listed items stay promoted; older listings that have sat (or that are set to sell on their own) drop promotional treatment, saving fee money on every sale from a listing that would have moved anyway. Runs daily, opt-in per account.
NewThe dashboards you've been asking for: gross sales, net profit after fees, margin, and ROI — plus a ranking of your top sources by net profit. A history window shown and capped by your plan (Free: 30 days, Starter: 90 days, Pro & Business: unlimited). Items missing a cost basis are flagged so you know how trustworthy the numbers are.
All plansSee where your eBay buyers are. Buyer states and countries are captured automatically from each order's shipping address as sales sync, then mapped in a US heat view with an international breakdown — so you can plan shipping, spot regional demand, and target your sourcing where your buyers live.
StarterThe three automations (auto-relist, auto-reprice, delayed promotion) run server-side every hour and only touch accounts you've explicitly turned on from your settings — they are opt-in, never on by default. Profit & ROI and Buyer Map appear in your Analytics menu; the history window shown is governed by your plan.
